  Anwar and Asif, the two guys from Dhaka that work behind the counter at the Road House BBQ, Grill, and Deli, truly know how to smoke Texas brisket. They must have learned their pit master trade from a son or daughter of Texas. Asif sliced me some lean brisket and some of their Eckermann's sausage, poured warm sauce over both and set a ramekin of warm sauce on the plate so I could pour it over my brisket later, asked if I wanted pickles and onions (most non-Texan joints that claim to serve real Texas style BBQ forget this key piece of Texan gastronomical culture), a pickled jalapeño, coleslaw, had pinto beans, and he even offered me a couple slices of white bread (a Floridian joint may have asked me if I'd like garlic bread as if I had just ordered lasagna). I highly recommend trying the BBQ there if you're passing through Columbus area. Thank y'all for caring about the food you serve and the people you meet!
