They even stayed well past their closing time to make sure our phones were activated and everything transferred from our old phones. Visited a few days later for a phone trade-in promotion. Again, staff was very helpful and got me everything I needed/wanted. I will gladly take the time to drive to this store rather than deal with their call centers.
